Browsing the net while I was away I came across something called ‘Muffin Tin Monday’ which can be found over at Her Cup Overfloweth. I like the idea of making lunch a bit more interesting while your kids are still at home, after all, a sandwich on a plate isn’t that appealing. I’ve done this a few times now, not just on Monday’s but generally when I remember and we’re at home for lunch. Miss K is eating pretty much the same things that she would normally but just in a six cup muffin tin.

If I remember to take a photo I will post this on Monday’s, why not try it at your place, makes for a much more interesting lunch time. Oh and I’m supposed to follow the theme but I keep forgetting to check what it is!
