Probably not, but then I would understand why. It stands for the POLYMER CLAY ARTISTS GUILD OF ETSY.

I’m part of this guild which has just celebrated its 4 month anniversary so its brand new and a lot of fun. Being a polymer clay artist in western Australia means that it can be hard to find others who use the same medium so its been great to be part of a group with similar interests.

One thing that the guild does each month is a challenge with a theme attached. This month the theme was ’something inspired by the signs of spring’ which makes sense for anyone living in the northern hemisphere. I don’t mind being reminded of spring when its Autumn here of course.

I have entered with this piece which is called ‘blushing blooms’, a necklace and ring set in coral pink with handpainted swirls. It is for sale in my Etsy store, although it has a ridiculous price on it currently as I don’t really want it to sell until after the competition voting is over. Its a requirement of entering the competition to list your item for sale in your Etsy store.

The competition is won through voting and anyone can vote. Please go to this link:

PCAGOE Blog

and cast your vote by leaving a comment in the comments box (comments remain invisible). Don’t vote for me just because you know me, vote for whoever you think is best! You can win a great prize by voting too by the way!

PS For those of you who don’t know what Etsy is. Etsy is a place where you can buy and sell all things hand made. I have an Etsy store which is polyclarific.etsy.com

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article PCAGOE - do you know what that stands for?, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
