I must say that today was a mish mash of great and strange things. Its easier just to list them so here goes:
1. I have been getting up the nerve to drive by myself recently (I hate driving) and got in the car this morning to do two things - go to the local gym and mail out 500 SIM WA newsletters. The car had a flat battery!
2. When Michael tried to fix our printer this morning (which has been mucking up) he ended up having a bit of trouble with it and we got toner everywhere (if this has happened to you then you will understand how bad this is)!
3. I ended the week with FOUR orders for my polymer clay items. I started the week with none really! Thank you Lord! Two of these were via my Etsy store after having no orders since March 25th! The other two were via private customers.
4. Michael ran our first YPFM (Young People For Mission) meeting tonight. 5 people came including him. I said last week that if 10 people came then I’d call it a success. Turns out its not about the numbers and those that came are enthusiastic. They have a great idea for a missions promotion evening.
Looks like Monday is going to be a big mailing day then, four orders, 500 newsletters and a parcel to my brother and sister-in-law!!!! What a strange Saturday.
