I am learning to keep my mouth shut when I feel like giving an opinion, unless asked. I’ve found a Proverb which actually encourages this way of acting:

A fool finds no pleasure in understanding

but delights in airing his own opinions.

Proverbs 18:2

It seems that it’s foolish to air your own opinions instead of listening to others and trying to be understanding. This is something I’ll be trying even harder to do!
